There are so many creative ways to use apple cider vinegar in cooking. You can use it in marinades, soups, sauces, salads, and even smoothies, juices, and baked goods.

Personally, I like to drink a little of it in the morning with my warm lemon water and I use it on almost all my salads as it is jam packed with health benefits! For a dressing, I usually mix some with Tamari sauce or balsamic vinegar or just use it by its self. Bragg’s organic is one my favorite brands to buy.

It can also be used to wash your fruits and veggies (except those that are too fragile like berries), which helps remove pesticides and bacteria before eating them. If it's not organic, you should definitely wash with this or regular white vinegar.

Health Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which are actually responsible for reducing your risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes. It boosts heart health by lowering your cholesterol levels and regulating your blood pressure. Aside from that, it prevents your blood sugar from spiking, so it’s diabetic friendly. People with type 2 diabetes actually take two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before heading to bed to lower their blood sugar levels by the morning.

Additionally, apple cider vinegar has high levels of antibacterial properties, which is why it is also used as a home remedy for common cold, cough, fatigue, acid reflux, sore throat and other infections. All you have to do is mix it with warm water and drink it. It’s a better alternative to over-the-counter drugs.

Another popular reason why people consume apple cider vinegar is because of its beneficial effects on weight. It naturally fills you up, suppresses your appetite, and boosts your metabolism. Some studies even show that it helps prevent obesity.

When it comes to beauty care, apple cider vinegar is also effective so be sure to include it in your bathroom cabinet! It’s a great facial toner, keeping your skin acne and blemish free. It keeps your hair shiny, removes dandruff, eliminates bad breath, and whitens teeth. You can also use it on your bug bites, sunburns, bruises and warts.

Apple cider vinegar can also help detox your home. It is one of the best natural cleaning agents there is, plus it neutralizes odors in your home. You can also use it to keep your dogs and other furry pets flea-free!

Though it’s generally considered safe, apple cider vinegar has high levels of acetic acid, so make sure to consume it in moderation!
