Greens

Leafy Greens love and heal our bodies more than any other food!

They are the best food for our body and something we should strive to eat multiple times a day.

Greens have shown not only to help prevent numerous diseases including cancer, but also slow down aging!

While age related cognitive decline is expected in healthy aging, this study shows these effects were less pronounced among adults with higher intake of green and leafy vegetables.

 

Apples

These crunchy sweet treats actually pack loads of benefits including assisting with weight loss with their high fiber content.

Apples have also shown to boost our immune systems, boost energy levels and help prevent different diseases.

They are a known detoxifier for the body and help remove impurities from the liver and gallbladder.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, plus a lot of other things too!

The beloved avocado does actually love you back too!

They are not only good for your insides, but also the outside.

Broccoli is one of the best vegetables we can eat that will show our bodies love to the max!

It is in the cruciferous vegetable family so this actually applies to all of them – kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower to name a few.

Broccoli has compounds that help to prevent diseases like diabetes, asthma, heart disease and different cancers.
