This tea latte is a delcious way to drink Red Raspberry Leaf Tea, especially if you're not that big of a fan of drinking it on it's own.

Let me just say this because I've already heard from others who have made this after watching my Instagram reel of how I did it… This tea DOES NOT taste like raspberries.

It's full of a number of health benefits but it's especially beneficial for pregnant women. You can read more about that here

It's shown to not only help women have a faster active labor, but it has benefits for those not expecting a baby too!

It's also shown to help reduce PMS symptoms.

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is high in antioxidants which protect our cells.

Plus it's full of b vitamins, vitamin C and a good source of minerals like iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc.

For this latte, if you can't do cashew butter feel free to sub with another nut or seed butter.

And like I always say, taste before you pour incase you want to add more sweetens or creaminess!
