Needing an easy, unprocessed breakfast to start your day? Nut Butter and Banana Sprouted Oats will do just the trick. This breakfast recipe will boost your mood, energy and strength!
Oats have so many good benefits including assisting in weight loss, improving digestion and helps lowers your blood pressure. They are also very in high in fiber that will keep you feeling full longer. There's gluten-free oats for anyone suffering from a gluten allergy. They cook just like regular oats so you can substitute them for any recipe calling for oats.
You only really need 3 ingredients for this. Oats, Banana and some nut butter. I prefer almond butter, but you can use peanut butter, cashew, walnut, whatever you prefer. If you cannot do nuts then try a seed butter like sunflower butter. Sometimes I'll add in some cinnamon and ginger powder for more benefits and flavor. Goji Berries are another great topping to stir in!
This is one of my go-to breakfasts especially when I don't have time to make a smoothie first thing. Takes less than 15 minutes to make this bowl of goodness!
