Ground Flaxseed Meal – This, too, can be used as an egg replacement, but I use it in my smoothies every morning because it has so many good health benefits.

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar – I love using this on salads for dressing! It’s so good for you I even put some in my morning lemon water when I’m not feeling well.

The Vitamix Blender – I do recommend this blender but if it’s not in your budget right now see my link to the Ninja Blender below.
Bluapple Ethylene Gas Absorber – This is to keep your produce fresh. I have four of them and it’s the only way I keep from wasting lots of produce. It really keeps them fresher longer.
Ninja Mega Kitchen System – A more reasonable priced blender that comes with a food processor too! I used the Ninja before I got my Vitamix. It does a good job, you just have to blender for a longer time than the Vitamix.

Spiralizer – Spiral Vegetable Slicer – Make Zucchini Noodles, Sweet Potato Noodles, Broccoli Noodles plus more with this thing!
Glass Dharma 5 Piece Glass Drinking Straw Set – I love these straws because it makes drinking your smoothies so much better! It’s also way better for the environment than plastic straws!
Vitamin B12 – B12 is the one vitamin that people who eat plant-based diets lack. It is one of a few supplements I recommend taking on a consistent basis.
Natural Vitality Natural Calm – You put this powder in a cup of hot water. It helps relieve stress and is great for digestion issues!
Forks Over Knives DVD – I recommend anyone who is considering going Vegan/Plant-based to watch this film. Also people who don’t understand how eating this way can have a profound effect on your health should definitely watch!
