Ingredients
- ½-1 pound Lions Mane Mushroom
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 2 tbsp Tamari (or soy sauce)
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1½ tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425℉. In a medium/large bowl mix the avocado oil, Tamari and seasonings together. You can also just use your favorite taco seasoning package to save time. Shred the lions mane mushroom with your hands or a fork. Add it to the bowl and toss until fully covered.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the mushrooms out in a single layer. Pull apart any big pieces stuck together. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the mushroom and bake for another 10-12 minutes. The mushrooms should be a little crispy.
- Before the mushrooms are finished get your tortillas and other taco ingredients ready. Once the mushrooms are done, build your tacos as you wish and eat immediately!
