Get your grocery list because you're going to want to get all the ingredients for this recipe ASAP! This Mango Salsa is flavorful, light and refreshingly delicious, especially on a hot summer day.

This salsa is basically like regular salsa but uses mango instead of tomatoes. Mangos are a good source of vitamin C, which can help boost the immune system and improve iron absorption. It's sure to be a crowd pleaser, especially if you have some people who don't care for tomatoes.

I like to use this on tacos, salads or just eat it with some good ‘ol chips!
