Vanilla protein smoothieInstead of drinking a processed, chemical-filled protein shake after a workout, blend this one up! From this smoothie you will get protein, potassium, healthy fats, antioxidants and so much more! Sunwarrior is my favorite brand. This one has become one of my favorite smoothies! It tastes like a vanilla milkshake!

INGREDIENTS

  • Handful of spinach 

  • 1 cup almond milk 

  • 1 scoop of Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder 

  • 1 small handful of raw cashews

  • 1 frozen banana 

  • 1 tsp of organic vanilla extract 

  • 4 dates, pitted 

  • A few dashes of cinnamon 

  • Chia Seeds (optional) 

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients (except chia seeds) together in a high speed blender.  I blend the almond milk and spinach first then add the rest. Stir the chia seeds in after you pour in a glass. Let them sit for at least 10 minutes. CHEERS!
