Green Hummus
Please Use All Organic Ingredients When Possible!

Ingredients

can or box of Garbanzo Beans

packed cup or large handful of Spinach
1
tbsp
Tahini
4
tbsp
Water

tsp
Lemon Juice
2
tsp
Tamari
you could sub this for 1 tsp of salt
1
tsp
Olive Oil
1
large Garlic Clove
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
First blend garlic cloves in food processor.
Then add the beans and pulse a few times until they're all mashed up.
Add the rest of the ingredients in and blend until smooth. You might need to scrape it down a few times.
Keep in the fridge in an air tight container for 5-7 days.
