I’m a wife, mother and TV producer that fell in love with the plant-based, organic lifestyle. I felt so much better inside and out from eating this way. I earned my certification in Holistic Nutrition to learn more about how real food can heal the body and help others.

I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) in 2016 and told by THREE doctors that I would never be able to get pregnant naturally. Instead of going on the medications the doctors prescribed, I decided to take things in my own hands and used holistic practices and food to heal myself. Six months after being diagnosed, I reversed my symptoms and got pregnant naturally with my son.

When I met my husband, he was suffering from Hyperthyroid and taking medication every day for it. By adopting a plant-based diet, he was able to stop taking his medication, and his numbers have never been so low!

I started my blog to share my recipes and lifestyle tips that has helped heal our family, and will help anyone live longer, healthier lives.  I’m also passionate about feeding my son this way in hopes that he won’t have to deal with health issues like we have.
