Ingredients

Oats
1/2
cup
Water

Almond Milk
(water or other nut milks also work)
1/2
Banana
1/2
tsp
Cinnamon
1/4
tsp
Ground Ginger

tbsp
Almond Butter
(or other nut/seed butter you prefer)
Instructions
Boil water & almond milk.
Pour oats in & reduce heat to simmer.
Cook until oats absorb all liquid, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cinnamon & ginger. Serve with banana slices & almond butter on top.
